Delivery & Returns

Every order is appreciated so a very big thank you if you have ordered from us.

As soon as we receive your order we will carefully pack it ready to send to you. 

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce and aim for your order to be with you between 3 - 5 days from placing the order (for the UK).

RETURNS

If you have a problem with any product ordered from us or are not delighted with it for any reason, then firstly we would like to apologise and please contact us to help put the matter right.

If you are unhappy with the good's received we will refund them. You will need to return them unopened in original packaging at your expense with your full details.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. We aim to process the refund within 3-8 working days of receiving your parcel.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
